TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Steph Lovell Flowers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Flower Deliveries
• We will always try to deliver directly to the recipient.
• If no one is available, flowers may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place (at our discretion).
• If this is not possible, the order will be returned to our studio for collection.
• A re delivery can be arranged the next day for an additional fee.
2. Wedding Flowers
• Wedding flower terms and conditions are specific to each event and will be provided with your quotation.
• By confirming your booking and paying your deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in your quotation.
3. Funeral Flowers
• Funeral flower orders will be handled with the utmost care and discretion.
• Specific terms will be provided at the time of booking, at the discretion of Steph Lovell Flowers.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
• As flowers are a fresh, perishable product, refunds are not generally available once an order has been prepared or delivered.
• If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery cannot be refunded.
5. Substitutions
• On occasion, due to seasonal availability or supplier issues, certain flowers or materials may need to be substituted.
• We guarantee that any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall look and feel of your order.
6. Liability
• Once flowers are delivered or collected, care becomes the responsibility of the recipient. We will place care cards on the flower bouquets, how to look after and maintain your flowers.
• We cannot be held responsible for flowers that are damaged due to lack of care, incorrect handling, or environmental factors outside of our control.
