Every commission is treated as a creative production. We think like art directors, source like florists and install like set designers - so the final reveal is as effortless as it should feel.
Our Process
1.
Consultation
You have enquired with us! (good call)
We begin with an in depth conversation about your vision, venue, and the atmosphere you want to create. This is via phone call, video chat or at our studio in Farnham. We understand some of clients are not local so we welcome an initial call or video chat to get started!
2.
Concept & Curation
We translate our initial conversation brief into a fully itemised proposal. This will include a colour palette, mood board, inspiration photos and our previous work. All pricing inclusive of VAT.
3.
Design Development
Once you have booked in with us, we then have a discussion on how its totally normal to change ideas, designs or colour stories over time, and that we will have another final discussion at the studio, or a call to finalise your wedding florals.
4.
Sourcing & Conditioning
We proudly use one of the best floral wholesalers, Flowervision London, for all our weddings and events. We buy only the best A1 quality flowers, as well as seasonal unique british grown botanics, from growers who work closely with Flowervision. They get delivered to our studio, we then condition and store the florals so that they look their prime for your big day.
5.
On the day
We then arrive at your venue early that morning to start the set up for your big day. We greet the brides in their getting ready room with their bouquets, any planners or coordinators and drop off the buttonholes to the Groom's and Groomsman. We do our thing, and leave the venue looking beautiful as well as the atmosphere.
6.
The Reveal
Depending on the type of floral design you have booked, we stay during the ceremony to then move and repurpose any florals from ceremony to reception. We love seeing our couples face just after the ceremony, its such a special moment!
